FAQ
Quick answers about EU delivery, warranty, returns, spare parts, payments and our white-label booking system for Pilates studios.
Align-Pilates.eu operates as an independent EU distributor and specialist supplier. Below you’ll find answers about
Pilates reformers, accessories, spare parts, studio packages and implementation.
If you need help choosing a setup (home or studio), contact us — we’ll recommend the best option for your space, budget and training format.
How long does delivery take in the EU?
Typical delivery within the European Union is 7–14 business days (depends on country, product size and stock location).
For smaller accessories and spare parts, delivery may be faster. You’ll see shipping options and pricing at checkout.
Do you ship across Europe (EU countries)?
Yes — we ship to most EU countries. Because shipments are handled within the EU, orders are delivered without import duties and typical customs delays.
Final delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Are there customs / import duties for EU orders?
For EU destinations, orders are delivered within the EU logistics network — meaning no additional import duties and usually no customs processing.
If you request delivery outside the EU, rules may differ (we’ll confirm before shipping).
Is there a warranty and service support?
Yes. Equipment comes with EU warranty and we support warranty cases with clear terms.
We also help with service coordination and provide guidance on maintenance to keep your reformer running smoothly long-term.
Do you supply spare parts and accessories (wheels, ropes, footbars, etc.)?
Yes — we supply accessories and common spare parts used in studios: wheels/rollers, ropes/cords, straps, springs, footbar parts and more.
If you can’t find the exact part in the shop, send us the model name and a photo — we’ll identify the correct item.
Can I choose reformer color, legs, and accessory bundles?
In many cases, yes. We recommend choosing by attributes (color, legs/height, bundle with accessories) to avoid confusion in parts-heavy categories.
If you’re building a studio, we’ll help you match equipment specifications with your class format and space.
Can I return a product?
Yes — unused items can be returned within 14 days according to EU consumer rules.
Products should be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. For large equipment, return logistics may require scheduling.
Do you offer studio packages and full studio setup?
Yes. We can supply a complete studio package: reformers, mats, towers, chairs and the right accessories.
We’ll propose a setup based on your studio size, number of trainers, class capacity and target client type.
Do you provide a booking system for Pilates studios?
Yes — we can implement a white-label booking system for Pilates studios directly on your WordPress website.
Clients can book classes, demos and consultations 24/7. You can manage schedules, trainers, capacity limits, packages and reminders in one place.
Can the booking system be white-label (no provider branding)?
Yes. We embed the booking flow into your website and position it as part of your studio solution.
The goal is that it looks and feels like your brand, not a third-party tool.
Do you accept online payments (Stripe / PayPal / Paysera)?
Currently Stripe is supported. We can add additional gateways like PayPal or Paysera if needed — the key is to keep checkout stable and compatible.
Available payment methods may vary by country and business model (B2C/B2B).
Are you the official manufacturer website?
No. We operate as an independent EU distributor and specialist supplier. This website is not the official manufacturer’s website.
Our role is to provide equipment, spare parts, and practical studio setup solutions for European customers.
